Thomas the Tank Engine Cake

This 9" round cake is a moist vanilla sponge with a dulce de leche filling. The cake is covered with plain chocolate icing, decorated with fresh strawberries and Thomas the Tank Engine chugs along a dulce de leche and broken walnut 'railtrack'. The cake is also edged with walnuts.


This cake serves aprox 20 people.
